As a first-generation entrepreneur in the mid-1990s, Coach Tasha Mac successfully balanced entrepreneurship with climbing the corporate ladder. And, she has unlocked tools for navigating life's fiercest storms in business, connections, leadership, and transformational growth.
In 2021, Tasha was knocked off her feet, during a time of adversity, economic hardship, and health struggles. Workplace obstacles further tested her resilience as a leader. And, after becoming permanently disabled during the pandemic and facing a deteriorating heart, she grappled with the frustration of losing herself in the world which led to homelessness with a minor child.

Tasha saw that the ongoing fight against inclusivity in our world threatened creativity and progress, and she could no longer ignore it. Thus, Coach Tasha Mac "Courageous Rebirth" reinvented a 23-year-old business concept, and Circles of Synergy™ was reborn as a community platform.
But this wasn't her first battle. She faced childhood abuse, trauma, the gut-wrenching loss of a child, bullying, discrimination—the list goes on. Her story isn't about perfect victories or easy solutions. It's about the messy, gut-wrenching reality of unmasking the truth, wholeheartedly accepting vulnerability, and reclaiming strength.
It's about finding the strength to rebuild, even when it feels impossible. The "I AM" makes it possible. And it's about rediscovering that within us lies an unyielding spirit, capable of achieving extraordinary things.
